This nighttime bottle is filled with all kinds of good nutrients for your baby before bed! This would be a great smoothie for your baby who has started solids, or maybe the toddler who has a hard time staying asleep at night.

Notes

The reason this smoothie is good to give a baby close to bed time is because of the fat content. Foods like butter and almond butter are going to help keep a baby’s blood sugar stabilized at night which helps promote a better nights sleep. It doesn’t mean they will sleep through the night, but it will give their body an opportunity to rest!   Bananas are great to eat at night because they are a good source of magnesium and potassium, which helps promote relax your muscles.
