Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie
This smoothie is absolutely delicious and perfect for the baby who has started solids! I like to give this one closer to bed time because it’s filled with a ton of good nutrients to help promote a better nights sleep!
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz2 fl oz2 fl oz Whole Milk
- 3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz Water
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Medjool Dates
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In your blender, add all ingredients and blend until it’s extra creamy and smooth!
Notes
Swap out the peanut butter for any nut butter of choice. Swap out the whole milk for more water or any milk option your baby is drinking! If the smoothie is too thick, add more water to thin it out!
