Sweet Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies
These peanut butter no bake cookies are the perfect little treat when you are craving something sweet. They are easy to make and taste amazing! There is truly no better snack then something that involves peanut butter and chocolate! I hope you love these!
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Oat Flour
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Coconut Oil
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Coconut Sugar

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large mixing bowl add the oat flour, peanut butter, coconut oil and coconut sugar.
- Mix together until the perfect no bake cookie dough batter forms.
- Roll cookie dough into balls and press down to form a cookie shape. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- While the cookies are in the freezer, add your chocolate chips and 1 tbsp of coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl. Melt until it is smooth and creamy.
- Remove cookies from freezer and dip half the cookie in the melted chocolate. Cover in valentines day sprinkles. Place back in the freezer to let the chocolate harden and then enjoy!
Notes
How to make Oat Flour: If you do not have oat flour, but you have rolled oats, then put your rolled oats into a blender or a food processer to make your own flour. You may also use a different flour of choice. Nut Butter Alternative: If you prefer to not use peanut butter, you can swap out the peanut butter with any nut butter you prefer! It will not be a peanut butter cookie, but that is perfectly fine!
