Tart Cherry Teriyaki Sauce
My obsession with Tart Cherry juice has found its way into my cooked meals and DANG is this sauce good on any stir fry or to marinate chicken/steak !!
Ingredients
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Organic Cherry Juice, Tart Cherry Juice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Aminos
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp ground Ginger
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Red Pepper Flakes, This is a 5-6 out of 10 for spice so adjust accordingly
- 6 cloves6 cloves6 cloves Garlic, Minced

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Whisk the cornstarch into cherry juice, then whisk remaining ingredients.
- To create a sauce you'll need to add to heat until it bubbles to thicken it a bit! You could just use as a marinade and forgo the cornstarch.
