The Ornament Smoothie
This beautiful smoothie is filled with all kinds of good nutrients. Between the antioxidants in blueberries and the omega-3 fats in the pumpkin seeds, this is a superfood kind of smoothie! If you’re going to drink it as an adult, add some protein powder.
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Banana
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Organic Cottage Cheese, Or Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Organic Walnuts
- 2 - 3 fl oz2 - 3 fl oz2 - 3 fl oz Ice Water

Notes
Blueberries are a good source of fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K, manganese and potassium.
Bananas are a good source of several vitamins and minerals, especially potassium, vitamin B6, and vitamin C.
