Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Prepare veggies by cutting into thin strips.
  2. Drizzle sesame oil into a small pan, and cook tofu until golden brown.
  3. Fill a large bowl or shallow dish with warm water.
  4. Dip one rice paper wrapper at a time for 10-15 seconds until it becomes pliable but still slightly firm (do not oversoak, as it will become too sticky to work with).
  5. Place the soaked rice paper wrapper on a clean flat surface.
  6. Layer in veggies and protein of choice, leaving some space around the edges.
  7. Fold the sides of the rice paper wrapper towards the center and over the filling.
  8. Starting from the bottom, tightly roll the wrapper, making sure to keep the filling compact.
  9. For the sauce, whisk together nut butter, water, soy sauce and maple syrup until smooth and slightly runny.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
