Trader Joe’s Peach & Burrata Flatbread
PEACH AND BURRATA FLATBREAD — this is one of my favorite things everrr and I Trader Joesified it to make it even better 🍑
Ingredients
- 4 pieces4 pieces4 pieces Prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Pizza Crust - Trader Joe's
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Garlic Spread Dip - Trader Joe's
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Arugula
- .5 whole.5 whole.5 whole Lemon
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Peaches, thinly sliced
- 4 oz4 oz4 oz Burrata
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Organic Balsamic Glaze, for drizzling
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat the oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- On the prepared baking sheet, arrange the prosciutto in a single layer and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until crispy.
- When 6 minutes remain for the prosciutto, evenly spread the Garlic Spread over the pizza crust and place directly on the oven rack, next to the prosciutto, for 4 to 6 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Use tongs to remove the crust from the oven and carefully transfer it to a separate baking sheet. Remove the prosciutto from the oven when crispy and let cool for a few minutes before chopping.
- Meanwhile, in a medium-sized bowl, toss together the baby arugula, lemon juice, olive oil and salt until well combined.
- To assemble, layer the arugula and sliced peaches over the pizza crust and bake for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Sprinkle the chopped prosciutto over the peaches and arugula, then tear the burrata into small pieces and arrange over top. Top with pepper and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

If they don't have fresh peaches out yet, Trader Joe's has peaches in a jar that work well in this recipe!
