- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Kale, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 111 Thai Style Red Curry Sauce - Trader Joe's, bottle
- 5 cups5 cups5 cups Chicken Broth
- 444 Rice Ramen Noodles, packages
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cilantro
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

- Season the tofu with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large pot, cook the mushrooms with a little bit of oil, add a splash of soy sauce and once the mushrooms soften add the kale and tofu.
- Then add the curry sauce and chicken broth. Add the ramen and let it simmer for a few minutes until the noodles are cooked.
- Top it with some lime juice, cilantro and red pepper flakes - or whatever you feel like!
