Vegan Whipped Chocolate Whiskey Infused Dalgona Coffee
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, or any Pascha Dark Chocolate Chips or Chopped Bar
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Instant Coffee, (or instant espresso)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Maple Sugar, (or coconut sugar)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Hot Water
- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk
- Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Using a double boiler melt chocolate over medium heat and set aside.
- In a medium size bowl add coffee, sugar and hot water. Mix well.
- Whip coffee mixture into a froth, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add cocoa powder half at a time mixing well.
- Pour either hot or cold coconut milk into a mason jar or desired cup filling about two thirds full.
- Add one shot or more of Uncle Nearest and stir. Remember to leave room at the top.
- Scoop froth on top of milk and drizzle with melted chocolate. Enjoy!
