Cosmo Holiday Tea (Edit recipe)

For this specific toddy recipe, we’ve spun a Nepali twist to it. Usually prepared in hot water, we will be adding Nepal Tea Collective’s most aromatic blend - Kathmandu Cosmos. We can already feel the scented aroma engulfing a crisp winter evening. We promise you this cocktail will bring a blanket to your soul with every sip!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a small pot, boil the water. As the water begins to boil, add 4 grams of Kathmandu Cosmos. Add vanilla if using. As the tea starts to boil, turn off the heat.
  2. Add 4 tablespoons of your sweetener to the tea and stir, then strain the drink into the vessel of your choice.
  3. When we made this we tried whisky and it was delicious! We’re curious to know how red wine would work here too. If you’re willing to experiment, then do let us know!
  4. Let the wedge of lemon float in the mug. Serve and enjoy!
