Watermelon Smoothie
This cool and creamy watermelon smoothie is the perfect hydrating drink for summer. Watermelon comes together with strawberries, banana, and coconut yogurt for the most flavorful and refreshing smoothie that is sure to be a delight!
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Watermelon, chopped and frozen
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana, ripe, chopped, and frozen
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Strawberries, frozen
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coconut Milk Yogurt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Milk, or plant-based milk of choice, plus more as needed
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more coconut milk if needed, until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Pour into glasses. Top with shredded coconut and a slice of fresh watermelon on the rim for garnish, if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
Freeze the watermelon, strawberries, and banana for at least 8 hours before making the smoothie. You can make it with fresh fruit and add ice, but it won't be as thick and creamy. Add agave or sweetener of choice if you like it sweeter (I find it to be sweet enough with the fruits).
