Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Cut the watermelon in half. Slice away the rind, then cut into 1" cubes.
  2. Place the watermelon cubes in a ziploc bag and freeze (at least 4 hours, ideally overnight).
  3. Place the frozen watermelon cubes into a high speed blender, along with 16 oz of coconut water and the lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately with a garnish of fresh mint and lime slices.
