Need a quick & bright side using the beloved MANGO in their simplicity! One of our most favorite ways to enjoy them!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Peel & slice up a couple mangos (our fav is the ATAULFO)
  2. Fan sections out on a plate
  3. Add a sprinkle of lime zest
  4. Add a few frozen raspberries, broken into bead-lettes
  5. Add a generous squeeze of lime juice
  6. And most importantly, a sprinkle of salt which completes the dish!

Notes

It can also be served over a bed of arugula that’s been salted & had a squeeze of lime juice.
