Yellow Squash Tots with Lemon Garlic Yogurt Dip! (Edit recipe)

Yellow Squash Tots with Lemon Garlic Yogurt Dip! Yum! This is a great way to sneak in more veggies and use up some of that summer squash! I love these baked or air fry instead of dropping them in grease! They are so easy to make and fun to eat! Most important tip is to squeeze the squash with a cheese cloth or strainer first. This keeps them from becoming mushy. Serve warm with this Garlic Lemon Yogurt Dip or a marinade if you like!
