1 whole Zucchini
2 whole Eggs
0.5 cup Cocoa Powder
1 cup Almond Flour
0.5 cup All Purpose Flour
0.75 cup Coconut Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
0.5 cup Baking Chocolate Chips

0.5 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
0.333 cup Confectioners Sugar, Powdered - Swerve, Lakanto

Preheat your oven to 350. Grease a round cake pan.
In a blender, add your chopped zucchini and eggs. Blend until smoothie like. Pour into a mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients and stir together.
Pour the batter into the cake pan. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove and cool.
Slice the brownies like a pizza, cutting it into triangles.
In a stand mixer, whisk the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until it reaches a thick, creamy texture. Pipe the whipped cream onto the brownies to cover the Christmas tree.
Sprinkle with green sprinkles.
