Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Mix the first 3 ingredients together and then add the dry ingredients aside from the zucchini and chocolate chips.
  2. Once mixed, fold in the zucchini and chocolate chips.
  3. Take a cookie scoop and scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet and press down and form into cookies (these won’t spread and you can form them thick).
  4. Bake at 350 for 15 min. Let cool for 10 min before removing from baking sheet and eating!
