Barbie-colada Smoothie 💕 (Edit recipe)

It's a Barbie kinda summer, so I definitely had to get in on the fun. Made with just a few ingredients that you may already have on hand. To achieve that fun “Barbie blush” pink color I used my HIBISCUS MINT PINEAPPLE as well as a little glub of the HIBISCUS SYRUP to decorate the glass. Blitz everything  up in your blender and  you’ll be enjoying a piña-colada inspired smoothie in no time! Zero refined sugar, dairy free (or not, your choice) and is not overly sweet.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add pineapple, yogurt, milk, coconut and hibiscus syrup to a high powered blender and blitz until fully combined and smooth.
  2. Add syrup garnish swirl to glasses if using, then pour smoothie into glasses, garnish with pineapple slice, mint & coconut if using.
