Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pineapple, Frozen
  • 1 whole Banana, ripe, peeled, broken into chunks, and frozen
  • 0.25 cup Vanilla Protein Powder, or 1 serving, will be 1-2 scoops depending on the brand, optional
  • 0.5 cup Coconut Milk, full fat or light, more as needed
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Milk Yogurt, or yogurt of choice, for decoration, optional

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy, adding more coconut milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
