Three Bean Salad (GF/DF/V/Soy Free)
This bean salad is a delicious combination of healthy fats, fiber, crisp veggies, bright herbs, and tangy dressing. It’s a great gut healthy accompaniment to any meal!

- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Red Onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup fresh Dill, chopped
Dressing
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/8 cup1/8 cup1/8 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Organic Balsamic Glaze
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Lemon Juice, fresh
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
