Egg Nog Creamer (diary free)
Eggnog…you either really enjoy/love it or it’s a hard pass! Our home fits into the “LOVE IT” category and in the event that you do as well, I just had to share this! It’s one of those flavors we enjoy during the holidays and boy do we! This version is dairy free, but you could certainly make it with standard milk/cream and sweetened condensed milk. I am loving it in a frothy "Eggnog Matcha Latte" pictured above, it's delightful! See note below for condensed milk tips!

- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and slowly warm over low heat, whisky well as it warms up. No need to boil, this step allows the flavors to mingle and the coconut oil in the condensed milk to incorporate. If the brand of condensed milk you use doesn’t have coconut oil in it, I still suggest warming all the ingredients, it really does help infuse the creamer!
- Remove from the heat and pour into a heat proof jar with an airtight lid. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7-10 days.
- When ready to enjoy, you can pour directly into your warm beverage or froth, pour and enjoy!
Notes
The brand of sweetened condensed coconut milk I used does have coconut oil in it, so it’s not going to be great in an “iced” beverage, as the oil will solidify. If you want to use it in an iced beverage, definitely shop for a brand without coconut oil in it. If the brand of condensed milk you use doesn’t have coconut oil in it, you can still warm all the ingredients, it really does help infuse the creamer!
