Gluten-Free Cookie Dough (Vegan)

Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Oat Flour
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Coconut Flour
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Sea Salt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together the oat flour, coconut flour, and salt.
- Add in the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract and mix until a dough forms.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop and form into cookie dough balls if desired or enjoy as is with a spoon.
- Score leftover cookie dough in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days or frozen for up to 6 months.
