Super Easy Blender Waffles
Blender recipes are my favorite because they are less mess! For this recipe, just throw everything into a blender cup, blend it up and pour into your waffle maker. This is great to eat fresh, or store in the fridge or freezer for meal prep!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana, ripe
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Oats, Rolled

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat waffle iron.
- Add all ingredients to a blender cup and blend on high until a creamy smooth batter forms.
- Spray the waffle iron. Don’t forget this step or your batter will stick!
- Pour ½ of your batter into the center of your waffle iron. Close.
- Let cook for 3-4 minutes, or until batter is cooked through and waffles look golden brown.
- Repeat for the second half of the batter.
- Serve with maple syrup and enjoy!
Notes
These will stay well in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days, and in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
