Soft and fluffy, super easy bagels, that toast to the perfect crisp, too! I topped with chocolate chips, but the possibilities are endless! Blueberries, Asiago cheese, everything bagel season- use your imagination!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Whisk flour; baking powder, and salt together
  2. Add in Greek yogurt and combine. Easier to knead with your hands to get all the crumbs
  3. Add some choc chips into dough (or save all for topping)
  4. Place on floured surface and divide dough into 4
  5. Roll out into approximately 6" long and fold dough to form bagel
  6. Press mini choc chips on top
  7. Brush top and sides with egg white wash
  8. Place in preheated air fryer and cook for 8-10 min at 350 (check at 8min mark to assure tops aren't too dark)
  9. Allow to cool, then eat fluffy goodness as is, or slice and toast and enjoy with toppings of choice!
