- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Soy Sauce

- Prepare veggies by cutting into thin strips.
- Drizzle sesame oil into a small pan, and cook tofu until golden brown.
- Fill a large bowl or shallow dish with warm water.
- Dip one rice paper wrapper at a time for 10-15 seconds until it becomes pliable but still slightly firm (do not oversoak, as it will become too sticky to work with).
- Place the soaked rice paper wrapper on a clean flat surface.
- Layer in veggies and protein of choice, leaving some space around the edges.
- Fold the sides of the rice paper wrapper towards the center and over the filling.
- Starting from the bottom, tightly roll the wrapper, making sure to keep the filling compact.
- For the sauce, whisk together nut butter, water, soy sauce and maple syrup until smooth and slightly runny.
- Serve and enjoy!
