Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. 1. Grind your freeze dried raspberries into powder, enough to get 3tbsp worth
  2. 2. To a large mixing bowl add 1/2 cup water & gelatin and stir to combine
  3. 3. In a small pot combine remaining 1/2 cup water and honey
  4. 4. Heat over medium, stirring intermittently, until you've reached 238-240 degrees F (5-8min)
  5. 5. Remove from heat and pour into gelatin mixture bowl
  6. 6. Use a standing or hand mixer to mix together for 5-6 minutes until a lightly gooey texture is achieved
  7. 7. Add vanilla extract and freeze dried raspberries and mix again for another minute
  8. 8. Pour mixture in 9x9 pan sprayed with nonstick spray and refrigerate 1 hour
  9. 9. Remove from pan with a knife, use a bunny cookie cutter to cut out shapes. Your bunny marshmallows will be sticky. You can either coat the whole thing inin arrowroot starch, tapping off excess. This keeps them from sticking to everything. Or you can coat the front in naturally colored pink sprinkles to resemble "peeps" more and the rest in starch
  10. 10. Enjoy!
  11. 11. Store leftovers in the fridge

Notes

I used whole foods 365 dye free pink sanding sugar. These are sugar still, so note they're not refined sugar free if you opt for the sprinkles, but still naturally dyed! the excess around the edges can still be eaten as just ugly shaped raspberry marshmallows!
