Black Bean Brownie Bites
These black bean brownie bites are a must try when you want a healthier treat!
I love making these when I don’t use a full can of beans for a recipe and have a little leftover. These are sweetened with dates (and a little chocolate chips) and come together super fast. I promise you do not taste the black beans at all!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Blend everything, aside from the chocolate chips, together in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Mix in the chocolate chips.
- Roll into balls (about the size of a rounded TBS) and store in fridge.
Notes
These will look crumbly when you're done processing the ingredients - don't worry! They will easily come together when you roll into balls. If for some reason you're finding them not sticking together once you roll into a ball, add a little more milk until you can do so.
