Cookie Dough Snickers Bites
When cookie dough and snickers collide, you get these incredible cookie dough snickers bites. These are made with protein powder (use code SAGEANDCELERY to save on the brand I listed here, or I also love Flavcity's vanilla protein) to keep them more blood sugar friendly, BUT you can make them without it (see notes for substitutes).
These are the perfect little bites to satisfy your sweet tooth without going overboard. Make sure you give these a try!

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix all of the base ingredients together and then add the chocolate chips. It will be sticky, that’s ok.
- Spoon into a silicone mini muffin tin half way. Then, wet your fingers and press down to make them even. Set in the freezer while you make the caramel sauce.
- Mix caramel sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Keep stirring until it becomes thick like caramel.
- Take the muffin tin out of the freezer and top each bite with the caramel (about a tsp each) and smooth out.
- Spread desired amounts of peanuts and chocolate chips on top and slightly press down with the back of a spoon.
- Freeze for 1 hour to firm and then store in fridge or freezer.
Notes
If storing in the freezer, let thaw for a few minutes before eating. If storing in the fridge, the bites will be much softer/chewier.
