Grain-Free Peanut Butter Frosted Brownies

Brownies
- 11.1 oz11.1 oz11.1 oz Grain-Free Classic Brownie Mix - Otto's Naturals, (or the Paleo mix if you prefer)

- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Avocado Oil
- 222 Eggs
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Frosting
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Butter, Unsalted, softened

- 2.5 cups2.5 cups2.5 cups Powdered Sugar, Grain-Free
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter

- pinch pinch pinch Salt

- Peanuts, chopped (optional)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the brownie mix as directed on the bag using the ½ cup of oil, 2 eggs, and vanilla extract. Add the chocolate chips. Stir until the batter is smooth.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let the brownies cool completely before frosting.
- Once the brownies are cool, combine all of the frosting ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat until a smooth frosting forms.
- Spread the frosting over the brownies and sprinkle with crushed peanuts. Slice and enjoy!
