  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix as directed on the bag using the ½ cup of oil, 2 eggs, and vanilla extract. Add the chocolate chips. Stir until the batter is smooth.
  3. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let the brownies cool completely before frosting.
  5. Once the brownies are cool, combine all of the frosting ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat until a smooth frosting forms.
  6. Spread the frosting over the brownies and sprinkle with crushed peanuts. Slice and enjoy!
