Oreo Bark
We have all heard of the viral date bark, banana bark and even strawberry bark. Well how come no one has tried oreo bark before? This Sham Rock Oreo Bark is so delicious and so sweet, its the perfect treat. I used gluten free oreos and dairy free chocolate, making this treat perfect for all. The Sham Rock American Dream Nut Butter is cashew based and its amazing, I highly recommend giving it a try! This was super easy to whip together, making it a perfect afternoon treat or night time dessert! I hope you enjoy!
Ingredients
- 10 - 12 whole10 - 12 whole10 - 12 whole Gluten Free Oreo
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cashew Butter
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Baking Chocolate Chips

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. Lay out a piece of parchment paper on the counter. Break your oreos into pieces and lay flat on the parchment paper making the base of your bark.
- 2. In a glass measuring cup or microwave safe bowl, add your American Dream Nut Butter and 1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil. Heat for 30 seconds and stir together so the nut butter is melted and easily spreadable. Spread on top of oreos.
- 3. In a glass measuring cup or microwave safe bowl, add your dairy free chocolate chips and 1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil. Melt together and pour on top of nut butter. Add green sprinkles for color!
- Place in the freezer and let it harden. Once ready, break and enjoy!
Notes
For the Oreo, you do not have to use gluten-free Oreos if you are not gluten-free. You may use regular Oreos or even swap them out for golden Oreos. You do not have to use cashew butter as your choice of nut butter. You can enter this with your favorite nut butter of choice.
