Sweet and Spicy Chicken Salad

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Red Onion
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Raisins
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Mayonnaise - Primal Kitchen
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Sea Salt
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Hot Honey

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add your chicken breast to a pot of water. Turn on high and boil for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and shreddable. Add to a mixing bowl and shred.
- Chop your red onion and add that to the bowl. Then add all of your other ingredients. Mix until all of the chicken, red onion and raisins are coated.
- Add this chicken salad on top of a wrap or a bed of lettuce and lunch is served!
Notes
You can swap out raisins for grapes here! That would be delicious too. You can swap out the hot honey for regular honey or agave if preferred. Add more for extra sweetness.
