Healthy birthday cake muffins that you can feed your kids the morning of their birthday!! These turned out so good and were perfect for my 2-year-olds birthday breakfast! You could even top them with frosting if you wanted!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat your oven to 350° in line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners. This recipe only makes two or three cupcakes.
  2. And a mixing bowl, add your egg and agave. Whisk together. Then add all other ingredients and stir until the batter forms.
  3. Pour mix into the cupcake liners. Place pan and the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  4. Let them cool, top with frosting if you prefer and enjoy!
