- 4 cups4 cups4 cups Water
- .5-1 cup.5-1 cup.5-1 cup Organic Raspberries
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Ice Cubes, or as desired
- 1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp Simple Syrup, or sweetener of choice as needed

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Bring 2 cups of water (16 oz.) to 206º F.
- Pour the heated water over the lemongrass; steep for 8 - 10 minutes.
- Remove/strain lemongrass, add 2 cups (16 oz.) of cold water and sweetener if using as desired.
- Add berries a few minutes before serving over ice.
Notes
If you prefer a stronger brew, we recommend adding 2 - 4 grams of lemongrass for the brewing step. For a fresh and invigorating citrus flavor, try Nepal Tea Collective's organic lemongrass.
