Spiced Filet Mignon

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- - add oil to filet and cover with steak seasoning.
- - add salt if desired.
- - place in a metal roasting pan.
- - heat oven to 500 degrees.
- - cook for 25 minutes or 5 minutes per pound.
- - turn off the oven and allow to sit for two hours inside the oven (do not open the door during this time).
- - after two hours, slice and enjoy!
