Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Remove your steaks from the refrigerator about 30 minutes prior to cooking. Season liberally with Primal Palate Organic Steak Seasoning.
  2. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  3. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side, then cook to desired internal temperature. Usually it'll take 5-6 minutes per side, so after the steaks sear, reduce the heat to medium and cook a few more minutes.
  4. Allow the steak to rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
