Not Your Average Haystack Cookies
These not your average haystack cookies are absolutely delicious. I added a twist to them with the ingredients I used. These took 5 minutes to make and they are a crowd pleaser!
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Butterscotch Chips
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Peanut Butter Chips
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Vanilla Frosting - Simple Mills
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Gluten-Free Chow Mein Noodles, Or regular ones

- In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butterscotch chips, the peanut butter chips, vanilla frosting, and the peanut butter together. Add the chow mein noodles. Stir together until all of the noodles are coated!
- Drop cookies using a spoon onto parchment paper. Place in the fridge and let them harden.
- Enjoy!
