Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a medium pot on medium heat, add in 1 tbsp olive oil and sweet onion. Cook until the onion becomes transparent
  2. Add in the carrots, celery, salt and pepper and sauté for 5 minutes. Cover and let cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in 1 jar of Yo Mama’s Burgundy sauce, heavy cream and water. Mix thoroughly
  4. Add in orzo and let cook for 8 minutes until orzo is fully cooked through, stirring occasionally
  5. Add in fresh spinach and mix into the soup
  6. Let soup cook for an additional 2 minutes
  7. Pour soup into a soup bowl and garnish with additional black pepper
  8. Serve and enjoy!
