We lived in the South for many years. I just love jerk flavors! It is sweet and spicy at the same time. You can use this marinade on any chicken or pork. But there is something so simple and casual about drumsticks. Messy and delicious.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a bowl add all of the ingredients from oil to chili flakes. Stir
  3. Add drumsticks and using clean hands move around to coat all sides. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Lay the drumsticks onto a cookie sheet with a little oil on it. Pour remaining marinade over drumsticks.
  5. Cook for 35- 40 minutes. Turn half way through.
  6. Check temperature until they are 165 degrees.

Notes

You can use chicken wings or breasts as well. This marinade is super tasty and flexible. It is also lovely on pork chops.
