I love hamburgers. These turkey burgers are lighter and bun/grain free. Sometimes turkey can be lacking in flavor, but these are juicy and full of flavor.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a medium bowl mix the turkey, vegetables for burgers, and seasoning.
  2. Using clean hands mix up the ingredients until well blended.
  3. Form into 3 patties desired size.
  4. In a large skillet on medium heat add olive oil and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip
  5. Continue to cook and flip every few minutes until internal temperature is 165 degrees, should take about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Add sliced cheese and let it melt. Turn heat off.
  7. Add burger to plate and top with toppings.

Notes

You can also top with tomato if you tolerate nightshades. Or add BBQ sauce if you like it a bit saucy.
