- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Medjool Dates, pitted
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Peppermint Extract
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Candy Canes, crushed

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add all ingredients to a food processor except the chocolate chips and candy cane.
- Blend until smooth - this will take a few minutes, but you don't want chunks of dates!
- Once smooth, stir in mini chocolate chips.
- Roll the "dough" into balls.
- Dip each ball in crushed candy canes for a festive touch and store in the refrigerator to harden up a bit.
