I love a great dinner in a bowl, packed with my favorite protein, grains, veggies and a delicious sauce! One of my favorite dinner bowls is a Mediterranean inspired protein power bowl filled with chicken meatballs, quinoa, sweet potatoes, and more! Dive in to this highly customizable, protein packed meal!

  1. Heat up your protein, quinoa, and sweet potato.
  2. Top with cucumber, tomato, feta, roasted chickpeas, and dill dip.
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

This is one of my favorite meals to make because it is so customizable. I'll have chicken meatballs, ground beef, or salmon as the protein. If I am feeling fancy I'll make a little salad with the tomato and cucumber. And it's even better when I have homemade pickled red onions on hand!
