Instant Pot Pineapple Habanero Chicken Power Bowls
Okay this healthy chicken power bowl is 100% dairy free and 100% delicious! Not to mention the chicken itself just takes 4 ingredients!! Im a big fan of easy healthy dinners and this one is a great addition to the rotation. It uses the most divine jam from Profanity Jams to make the best sauce for a chicken power bowl ever.
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Chicken Breast
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Pineapple Habanero Jam - Profanity Jam
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Brown Rice, Cooked
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Broccoli, Cooked

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Cook your rice and broccoli as desired and set aside for the star of the show.
- To an instant pot, add your chicken breast and the jar of Profanity Jam.
- Cook on high pressure for 9 minutes.
- Release pressure immediately.
- Remove chicken breasts and turn on sauté function.
- Mix your cornstarch with your soy sauce to make a slurry and add to the jam in the instant pot on the sauté function.
- Boil for 1 minute then turn off instant pot.
- Slice your chicken and add to bowl with rice, broccoli, and your sauce!
