  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, and spices.
  3. Stir in the cashew butter, apple sauce, egg, and vanilla extract until dough is well mixed.
  4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly with your hand or the back of a spoon.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cookies are golden and set.
  6. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
