- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Reishi Mushroom Elixir Powder - Four Sigmatic
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 1 ml1 ml1 ml Organic Stevia Drops - Stevita Naturals, or any sweetener (honey/maple syrup)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder - Nuzest, 1-2 scoops
