We love making charcuterie boards during the holidays for gatherings. I think there are two reason for that: it's nice to put out a variety of small bites so that people can find something they like, and because we are always running a little behind when making food. These Garlic & Rosemary rolls from Against The Grain were a great addition to our spread, making a fun and delicious centerpiece for the board. These were a spicy and bright complement to our normal charcuterie spread.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Cut the frozen Against The Grain rolls on the bias with a bread knife, into about 1/2" thick rounds.
  2. Toast until golden brown. I finished ours lightly with a blow torch to give them a touch more color and character (optional, of course).
  3. Top each crostini with a smear of goat cheese, a teaspoon of blackberry pepper jam, and a little piece of prosciutto.
  4. We put these on a larger charcuterie board, and drizzled them in-place with some habanero honey.

Notes

Also on the charcuterie board: Trader Joes Garlic and Jalapeno stuffed Olives Dark Chocolate Marcona Almonds Flatbreads and Crackers Dolmas (Trader Joes) Apple Slices
