Blueberry Cheesecake Smoothie
Having a high protein breakfast at the start of the day is a non negotiable for me - it keeps me full longer, curbs cravings, and sets the tone for my eating habits for the rest of the day. Smoothies are an easy way to get in protein as well as fiber and veggies. This smoothie doesn't have protein powder (though, you can add it and I suggest using this one, with the code JOYFUL for a discount, if you do) but gets its protein from cottage cheese.
The blueberries and sweet thins (or graham crackers) give it its sweetness, but if you think it needs to be sweeter you can add more blueberries or honey.
