Sweet and Spicy Roasted Nuts
Roasted nuts mixed with a sweet and spicy seasoning that's perfect for gifting, snacking or a charcuterie board. You can make them as spicy as you want or use no spice at all.
Ingredients
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Pecans, Raw
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Almonds, Raw
- .333 cup.333 cup.333 cup Raw Cashews
- .333 cup.333 cup.333 cup Pumpkin Seeds, Shelled
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- .75 tsp.75 tsp.75 tsp Curry Powder
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp dried Rosemary
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Cayenne Pepper, optional, if you want it spicy

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 325F°. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly spray the baking pan.
- In a medium bowl add all the nuts and pumpkin seeds, stir to combine.
- Add the maple syrup, curry powder, rosemary, salt. Mix well.
- Spread the nuts evenly on the baking sheet and roast 15-20 minutes stirring once until they are lightly toasted and you can smell the spices.
- Remove from the oven and let cool. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
If you like some heat add a very small pinch of cayenne pepper. You can sub in whatever nuts are your favorite.
