Watermelon Sparklers

- 111 Watermelon, turned on its side and cut into wheels
- 1 pint1 pint1 pint Blueberries, Washed and dried
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup White Chocolate, Melted with ½ tsp coconut oil

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a star cookie cutter, cut out watermelon stars and set aside.
- Poke a skewer through each watermelon star til it hit the middle. Add blueberries to the bottom of the skewer.
- Melt your white chocolate and coconut oil together and mix until smooth. Drizzle over your watermelon sparklers, and enjoy!
