Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Combine shortbread ingredients together, then press down into the bottoms of your hearts. Place in the freezer while you make the caramel
  2. Mix together drippy nut butter, syrup, vanilla, coconut oil, and collagen until smooth
  3. Pour overtop shortbread layer and freeze for 30min+
  4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil. You will have extra, but you want enough to dunk your bars to fully coat
  5. Dip your hearts in chocolate, dab to allow excess to drip off, then place on parchment paper
  6. Optionally sprinkle with flakey sea salt
