Here are three basic smoothie recipes (found below) that are simple, only made with 3 ingredients. You can make any of these two ingredients if you want just to be sure! Smoothies are a blank canvas! You could even just do water and a banana to see how baby does! The possibilities are endless!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Blend the ingredients together and pour into a bottle or cup!

Notes

All of these smoothies are interchangeable with nuts or even fruit. You can swap a banana for strawberries, blueberries, etc! You can also swap almond butter for peanut butter, walnuts for cashews, it’s up to you! This is a great way to get allergy foods. You can remove the spinach from the banana and almond butter one to assure there is no allergy with only using two ingredients. But these smoothies are very basic and still very nutritious for baby!
