Best Ever Homemade Fries
This recipe is so easy! Really any spices will work here depending on your mood and the flavors of the meal.
Ingredients
- 4 - 5 whole4 - 5 whole4 - 5 whole Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes, chopped in a fry shape
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Turmeric
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Chili Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Cumin, Ground

- Soak fries in a bowl of cold water for 1-3 hours. This will release extra starch and help make them extra crunchy!
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit

- Bake for 20-30 minutes (don't flip fries)
- Serve with ketchup, aioli, or your favorite dipping sauce
